WATERPROOF REPAIRING METHOD AND WATERPROOF REPAIRING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve firm fixing of a new fixing plate and enhancement of workability at the same time.SOLUTION: A waterproof repairing method is by overlapping and bonding a new waterproof sheet 40 on an existing waterproof sheet 20 bonded on an ALC panel constituting an exterior finishing surface of a building, with an existing steel plate 18 in between. The waterproof repairing method includes the following steps for: bringing a new steel plate 30 in contact with a surface 20c of the existing waterproof sheet 20, such that the new steel plate is overlapped with the existing steel plate 18 with the existing waterproof sheet 20 in between; hammering a head part 36a of a screw 36 until a tip part 36c of the screw 36 penetrates through the new steel plate 30 and the screw 36 comes to a position that enables screwing into the existing steel plate 18, following the step for bringing the new steel plate 30 in contact with the existing waterproof sheet; tightening the screw 36 by rotation, following the step for hammering the screw head part; and overlapping and bonding the new waterproof sheet 40 so as to cover the head part 36a of the screw 36, following the step for tightening the screw 36 by rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
