PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end cap bypass plug, an end cap assembly, and a filter assembly.SOLUTION: End cap bypass plugs (10, 10', 10'') are comprised of bodies (12, 12', 12'') and plural leg members. The bodies have a top face, an underside and an outside surface. The plural leg members (14, 14', 14'') are connected to the top face of the bodies and extend so as to separate therefrom. The plural leg members adjacent to each other are spaced apart by distances (D14, D14', D14'') so that plural radial direction passages (38, 38', 38'') are formed defining plural radial direction fluid flow paths (FR) between the leg members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
