PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-handed hook for sweetfish fishing by decoy, the hook that can easily be made at low cost, and is durable and can expect sufficient fishing catch.;SOLUTION: A long-handed hook for sweetfish fishing by decoy 10 has a fishing hook body 12 and a leader locking part 14 formed along a shaft 12a of the fishing hook body 12. The leader locking part 14 has a fishing hook body attaching part 14a formed by winding a line 20 in an outer circumferential surface of the shaft 12a, and a cylindrical leader insertion part 14b formed by winding the line 20 while opening a leader insertion hole 14c in the back 12e side of the shaft 12a being an opposite side of an inside pocket part 12b around the fishing hook body attaching part 14a.
