PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system, a route guide method and a navigation program that can properly guide users to an entrance of a destination.;SOLUTION: A navigation system, which guides routes up to destinations, comprises: location recognition means that recognizes a current location of an own; input reception means that receives an input operation of a destination; destination location modification means that refers to location modification data including location information on at least one or more of a front gate location, entranceway location, guard chamber location, corporate name signboard and name plate location for each building of each residence address corresponding to the destination, and modifies a location of the destination; and route retrieval means that refers to map data, and no-through road data including a difference in height, segmented water passage and blocking wall, and excludes an area included in the non-through road data to retrieve a route up to the destination modified by the destination location modification means from the current location recognized by the location recognition means.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
