PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor quality control management system that determines a light-up state of LEDs in an LED monitor or presence or absence of luminance unevenness or color unevenness accurately, and thereby can appropriately determine whether an LED monitor of a management object is a non-defect LED monitor, and to provide a quality control determination device and quality control determination method that are used in the monitor quality control management system.;SOLUTION: A monitor quality control management system according to an embodiment comprises: a camera device; and a quality control determination device. The camera device is configured to photograph light-up LED monitors, and the quality control determination device is configured to: calculate a difference between luminance data on adjacent LEDs and a difference between hue data thereon as to each LED in an LED monitor from image information photographed and generated by the camera device, and when the LED in which the difference of the luminance data or the difference of the hue data exceeds a prescribed value is present in the LED monitor, determine that the LED monitor is a defect LED monitor.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
