PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter base material with a touch panel electrode, in which, when used for an organic EL display device, the light leakage to an adjacent colored portion due to the spread of light emitted from a light-emitting portion can be suppressed and the occurrence of display parallax error and color mixing can be suppressed.;SOLUTION: A color filter base material with a touch panel electrode includes: a transparent base material 10; a color filter 20 disposed on the transparent base material 10 and having a plurality of colored portions 22 in a pattern shape; a touch panel electrode 30 disposed on a surface of the color filter 20 on a side opposite to the transparent base material 10 and having a sensor electrode 31 and an insulating layer 32; and a light-blocking portion 40 overlapping with a border region of the plurality of colored portions 22 in a plan view on the surface of the color filter 20 on the side opposite to the transparent base material 10 and disposed so as not to be in contact with the colored portions 22.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
