PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically make an association between an object to be monitored and an appropriate movable area if there are a plurality of candidates of movable areas.SOLUTION: A dynamic state management system for monitoring movement of an object to be monitored along a specified route, comprises: a movable area storage unit which holds information on a plurality of movable areas formed along a plurality of routes, respectively; a positional information acquisition unit which acquires positional information of the object to be monitored; a movable area setting unit which makes an association between the object to be monitored and a movable area, where the position of the object to be monitored enters first, from among the plurality of movable areas; and a mobile body position monitoring unit which determines whether or not the object to be monitored is present within the associated movable area on the basis of the positional information acquired from the object to be monitored, and if it is not present within the movable area, issues a warning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
