PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing an immune state based on a DNA methylation pattern, a method for determining a disease risk of a sample donor from the immunity state, and a kit for using the method.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a method for analyzing an immune state comprises measuring a DNA methylation rate in at least one selected from the group consisting of specific gene regions in a sample derived from a subject and evaluating the immune state by comparing a value obtained by the measurement with a reference value; a method for determining a disease risk of a sample donor from the immunity state; and a kit for using the method.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
