PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a state of screen transition without implementing an additional function on an application for displaying an image on a screen of a terminal.SOLUTION: A screen transition specification device 2 includes: a communication unit which acquires feature information showing features of screen data displayed on a screen of a portable terminal; a storage unit which stores one or more pieces of reference feature information showing features of one or more pieces of reference screen data that are the same as or similar to one or more pieces of screen data displayed on a screen; a determination unit which determines whether feature information is the same as or similar to any of one or more pieces of reference feature information; and a storage control unit which, when the determination unit determines that feature information is the same as or similar to any of one or more pieces of reference feature information, causes the storage unit to store time information associated with the feature information in association with identification information for identifying reference feature information that is the same as or similar to the feature information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
