PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial graphite less in impurities and sufficient in crystallization and a graphitization reaction process for suppressing a reaction temperature of whole samples needed for graphitization at low less than carbon firing point, unifying temperature distribution in the samples and stabilizing and enhancing yield of the graphitization reaction.;SOLUTION: There is provided a graphitization treatment method of an amorphous carbon material by adding a graphitization catalyst to the amorphous carbon material, dispersing the same and heating with irradiating micro wave to the amorphous carbon material in which the graphitization catalyst is dispersed, the graphitization catalyst is a single element or a compound of a metal containing at least one kind of element selected from Fe, Ni and Co, average particle diameter of the graphitization catalyst is 200 [μm] or less, added ratio of the graphitization catalyst to the amorphous carbon material is 5% to 15% by mass ratio and the amorphous carbon material is heated to 1000°C or more to graphitize.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
