摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of suppressing nonspecific signals generated by contaminants in a specimen nonspecifically attracted to an SPFS sensor (a primary antibody, solid-phase layer, metal thin film, etc.) in immunoassay based on surface plasmon field-enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy (SPFS).;SOLUTION: A method of suppressing nonspecific signals originating from contaminants is provided for immunoassay based on surface plasmon field-enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy (SPFS) (including cases where a receptor for a compound under measurement is used in place of a primary antibody), the method including at least one of the following preprocessing steps: (1) adding acid or alkali to a specimen, (2) adding a metal ion to a specimen, (3) heating a specimen.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
