摘要
To provide a method of suppressing nonspecific signals generated by contaminants in a specimen nonspecifically attracted to an SPFS sensor part (a primary antibody, a solid-phase layer, a metal thin film, etc.) in immunoassay using a surface plasmon excitation enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy (SPFS).SOLUTION: The present invention is a method of suppressing nonspecific signals originating from contaminants in immunoassay using a surface plasmon excitation enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy (SPFS) (including cases where a receptor for a compound to be measured is used in place of a primary antibody), the method of suppressing nonspecific signals including a pre-processing process for performing pre-processing adding a metal ion to a specimen.SELECTED DRAWING: None
