PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing energy loss in air conditioning, hot water supply to a bathtub, cold water, cold storage, refrigeration, and hot storage.;SOLUTION: In a heat pump where a high temperature heat exchanger, a pressure regulator, and excess heat exchanger and a low temperature heat exchanger are installed in this order, with a spiral parallel pipe or double pipe of the excess heat exchanger, the temperature of refrigerant on a high temperature side is reduced to feed the refrigerant to the low temperature heat exchanger, and refrigerant from a low temperature side is subjected to heat exchange to refrigerant on the high temperature side, thereby to increase the temperature of refrigerant and then feed the refrigerant to a compressor.
