PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve safety and convenience of a mechanical multistory parking facility.;SOLUTION: A control method of a mechanical multistory parking facility 1 comprises: a first input step S1 to accept a passcode for authenticating a user as a contracted user through a control panel 7 before opening an entrance door 5 of a garage device 2; a first authentication step S2 to determine whether or not the user who input the passcode is the contracted user on the basis of the passcode input in the first input step S1; a second input step S6 to accept the passcode input by the user through the control panel 7 before closing the entrance door 5; and a second authentication step S7 to determine whether or not the passcode input in the second input step S6 matches a second authentication code.
