PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve safety and convenience of a mechanical multistory parking facility.;SOLUTION: A control method of a mechanical multistory parking facility 1 comprises: a step S1 to acquire user authentication information through authentication means before opening an entrance door 5 of a garage device 2; a first authentication step S2 to determine whether or not the authentication information acquired from the user in the first acquisition step matches first authentication information stored in a storage part 84; a step S6 to acquire the user authentication information through the authentication means before closing the entrance door 5; and a second authentication step S7 to determine whether or not the authentication information acquired from the user in S6 matches second authentication information complying with an application contract for a contractor corresponding to the first authentication information that is determined to match in the first authentication step S2.
