PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method for securing packaged drinking water and completely discharging packaged drinking water.;SOLUTION: The volume of water and filling filled in a packaging tank contractable mainly in a filling step is restricted, and the volume of the filling becomes larger than the volume of the contractable packaging tank after being contracted. With this, the filling generates pressure to the contractable packaging tank after discharging water in the contractable packaging tank so as to generate an extremely high contraction effect in the contractable packaging tank, and simultaneously, water in the contractable packaging tank is completely discharged so as to prevent energy consumption and improve an energy utilization ratio.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
