PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface greening unit and a wall surface greening system suitable for growing a plurality of kinds of plants.SOLUTION: Since, in a wall surface greening unit 30, the lower average moisture content of a rock wool seat 32 is high and the upper average moisture content is low, a moisture content distribution suitable for coexistence of a plurality of kinds of plants 40A and 40B is realized. That is, by placing the plant 40B having a large amount of moisture necessary for growing in a hole 32a provided in the lower part of the rock wool seat, and by placing the plant 40A having a small amount of water necessary for growing in the hole 32a provided in the upper part of the rock wool seat, an appropriate amount of moisture is supplied and retained to each of a plurality of kinds of plants 40A and 40B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
