PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel information management apparatus taking a case where a driver is changed, into account and travel information management system.;SOLUTION: A server 1 comprises: a travel data receiving part 11 for receiving travel data of a car C which are successively acquired and transmitted by an on-vehicle unit 3 and to which a unit ID 35a of the on-vehicle unit 3 is made correspondent; and a travel history DB 21 storing received travel data. The server also comprises: a terminal data receiving part 12 for receiving terminal data transmitted at designated time intervals by a portable information terminal 5 and including a driver ID 55b identifying a driver of the car C and a car ID 80a identifying the car C; a reception monitoring part 14 which repeats processing for monitoring whether next terminal data can be received within a fixed time after the terminal data receiving part 12 receives the terminal data; and an association part 13 for associating the travel data received by the travel data receiving part 11 with the driver ID 55b included in the terminal data received by the terminal data receiving part 12 based on vehicle data identified from each of information and a date of each of information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
