PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sea area information generation program, a sea area information generation method, and a sea area information generation device which can determine an approach that is highly likely to collide.SOLUTION: The sea area information generation program causes a computer to execute processing of acquiring positional information which shows the positions of ships at each specific times. The sea area information generation program causes a computer to execute processing of acquiring or generating sea route information from the positional information. The sea area information generation program causes a computer to execute processing of generating a statistic of a closest-approach distance according to the opposing relation of two ships and whether a ship track is along a sea route with reference to the sea route information and the positional information for each sea area corresponding to the closest-approach position of the two ships.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
