PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an automatic vending machine and an automatic vending machine network system for networking an automatic vending machine, and for timely providing information useful for users.;SOLUTION: An automatic vending machine management server for managing an automatic vending machine includes: user registration means for receiving user registration from a user terminal owned by a user or an automatic vending machine, and for registering the user; user authentication means for authenticating the user when the registered user performs access to the automatic vending machine; a user information DB for storing user information including a purchase history of the registered user; an automatic vending machine information DB for storing information including location information and merchandise information of the automatic vending machine; and user location tracking means for tracking the location information of the user when the user performs access to the automatic vending machine.
