The present invention is represented by formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 are independently of each other 1H, 1H-C2-C10-perfluoroalkyl and 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-C3-C10-perfluoro. It relates to compounds selected from alkyl, except for compounds of the formula I in which both R1 and R2 are 1H, 1H-perfluorobutyl, as well as the use of such compounds, in particular as n-type semiconductors.
