PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-recording/reproducing method and device that maintain excellency in error rate and improve a multiplex number and processing velocity by defining each operation procedure of an angle multiplex and rotation multiplex.SOLUTION: Upon recording/reproducing information in a recording medium 11, a hologram memory multi-recording/reproduction method is configured to: (1) move recording/reproduction light so as to irradiate a recording/reproduction position within a recordable area of the recording medium 11 with the recording/reproduction light; (2) irradiate over the recordable area with the recording/reproduction light as changing an angle of incidence of the recording/reproduction light with respect to the recording medium 11 at a transferred position and carry out an angle multi-recording/reproduction; (3) repeat the steps (1) and (2) at an entire position where recording/reproduction processing within the recordable area is carried out; (4) rotate the recording medium 11 by 360/N (degree) in an in-flat plane of the recording medium 11 (N is a multiplex number); and (5) repeatedly carry out processing of the steps (1) to (4) prescribed times (maximum N times).
