PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve versatility of a manufacturing operation machine and a manufacturing operation system for executing a manufacturing operation.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing operation machine comprising a main head device 26 which executes a main operation in a manufacturing operation, and an auxiliary head device 28 which executes an auxiliary operation to the main operation, is so configured that the auxiliary head device executes an operation for pressing a component as the auxiliary operation, and the main head device executes the main operation in the state that the component is pressed by the auxiliary head device. Two operation head devices operate in cooperation with each other, and thereby the versatility of the manufacturing operation machine can be enhanced. If at least one of the main head device and the auxiliary head device is so made as to be capable of being exchanged with another operation head device, the versatility can be further enhanced.
