PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a verification environment system for production work, allowing facilitation of master creation/verification of a work procedure of the production work.SOLUTION: The verification environment system 10 includes: a master editing part 101 creating and editing master information including a work process and the work procedure; an instruction creation part 102 creating an instruction of the work procedure of the production work based on the master information, and creating work procedure execution information including the master information and a record-storing area recording an execution result complying with the work procedure; a simulation execution part 103 executing simulation of the work procedure created in the instruction creation part 102, and recording the execution result into the record-storing area; an in-execution master editing part 104 reflecting contents of correction on the work procedure execution information and the master information when a creator of the instruction corrects definition contents of the work procedure after the execution of the simulation execution part; and a master approval part 105 approving distribution of contents of the master information to an actual environment system 20.
