When a deviation which is a value in which the determination temperature value deviates from the proper temperature value is larger than an anomaly determination threshold value as a result of the comparison between the determination temperature value and the proper temperature value, the anomaly determination for determining that the anomaly temperature is generated in the determination object apparatus is performed.
