PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which even an item set before a device is used is determined to be high in use frequency and setting items which are not usually used are displayed preferentially and the problem in which the number of times of setting of a function is counted as the use frequency.SOLUTION: A first point of time when a job is executed first or a second point of time when a first operation is performed so as to execute the job is regarded as a reference point of time. Then operation-related information related to an operation performed for a user interface of a setting item before the reference point of time is excluded from objects of a learning function, and operation-related information after the reference point of time is included in the objects of the learning function. Operation-related information related to an operation performed for a user interface of a setting item before one job is executed is regarded as a candidate for an object of the learning function. Then when it is determined that the one job is executed, the candidate for the object of the learning function is regarded as an object of the learning function, but when it is determined that the one job is not executed, the candidate for the object of the learning function is excluded from the objects of the learning function.
