METHOD FOR SETTING INSPECTION REFERENCE COORDINATES BY MOVING TO REFERENCE COORDINATES GEOMETRIC SHAPE GENERATED BY USING THREE-DIMENSIONAL SCANNER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting method of inspection reference coordinates capable of efficiently performing work of aligning the geometric shape of an inspection object on reference coordinates and setting inspection reference coordinates, without needing labor of frequently going and returning between a computer and the inspection object.;SOLUTION: A setting method of inspection reference coordinates sets inspection reference coordinates by moving to reference coordinates a geometric shape generated by using a three-dimensional scanner. The method includes: a step S100 of generating the geometric shape of an inspection object by using the three-dimensional scanner; a step S200 of aligning the geometric shape, generated by using the three-dimensional scanner, on reference coordinates set in advance; and a step S300 of confirming deviation between the geometric shape aligned on the reference coordinates and design data and setting inspection reference coordinates.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
