PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting method of inspection reference coordinates capable of efficiently performing work of aligning the geometric shape of an inspection object on reference coordinates and setting inspection reference coordinates, without needing labor of frequently going and returning between a computer and the inspection object.;SOLUTION: A setting method of inspection reference coordinates sets inspection reference coordinates by moving to reference coordinates a geometric shape generated by using a three-dimensional scanner.
