The present invention provides fluorine-substituted 2-arylbenzoheterocyclic compounds containing chiral linkages that have an affinity for a type of Aβ plaque of formula (I). In the formula, X is N, Y is S or O, Z is N or CH, R1 is a substituent at the 5-position or 6-position, and R1 is ## STR2 ## 3. F is 19F or 18F and R2 is NHCH3 or N (CH3) 2. The compound of the present invention has a high affinity for Aβ plaques, can be a probe labeled with a corresponding radionuclide, and is used for early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.
