PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for measurement which accurately and efficiently measures a correction value to be used in measuring an object to be measured, and a correction value measurement method and a correction method.;SOLUTION: A fixture for measurement comprises: a holding part 3 which has a groove part where an electronic component to be measured can be mounted and holds the electric component mounted on the groove part; and a moving mechanism which brings a pair of probe parts 50a, 50b into contact with a pair of opposite contacted parts of the electronic component held by the holding part 3 by moving the probe part 50b as an object to be moved between the pair of probe parts 50a, 50b in a length direction of the groove part. The moving mechanism comprises a movement restriction part 6 which is configured to be capable of moving the probe part 50b in a first direction (arrow A1), in which the probe parts 50a, 50b approach each other, with energizing force in the first direction, and restricts a movement of the probe part 50b in the first direction with tip ends of the probe parts 50a, 50b at an arbitrary isolation distance separated from each other.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
