PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interposed member between a film roll and a film roll capable of transporting film rolls while stacking them in multi-stages in a vertical direction without damaging end faces of the film rolls.SOLUTION: An interposed member 11 between a film roll and a film roll comprises a plate-like member 13 having a plurality of through holes 12, and fixing vertical members 14 protruding above and below the plate-like member 13 while being fitted into the through holes 12 of the plate-like member 13 from one surface 13a side. A flange 15 having a larger diameter than the through hole 12 extends over the entire periphery of a side wall of the fixing vertical member 14. A flange receiving groove 16 for receiving the extension of the flange 15 is formed around the through hole 12 on at least the one surface 13a of the plate-like member 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
