PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin-wound packing material and packing method having a high reliability unlikely for dust, moisture, etc., to intrude irrespective of the strength of winding of the packing material. ;SOLUTION: One end of a packing material 5 is fixed to the specified position on the peripheral surface of a bobbin 4, and upon one turn counterclockwise, the material is wound fast with a specified strength to a position of overlapping for a certain distance, and then one end of another packing material 6 is fixed to the position displaced approximately 30 degs. clockwise round the axis from the starting position of winding on the packing material 5, upon one turn counterclockwise, the material is wound fast with a specified strength to a position of overlapping for a certain distance.
