PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new COB mounting technology in which COB positioning and assembling workability and maintenance workability accompanied by fixing or removal work are improved and no interference is applied to a light distribution control lens in view of keeping insulation of a power source connection point.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a COB holder 1 constituted in such a way that fitted parts 43 for each of COB holders 1, 1 have fixable fixing parts 11, 12 so as to enable COB2 to be mounted on a mount base 4 with fitted parts 43 for each of COB holders 1, 1 at suitable outside locations of a chip substrate 20 mounted at a flat wall 40 for mounting COB2. There are provided a frame wall 13 that can be abutted against and can restrict positioning to one side edge 23 of the mounted chip substrate 20; a pressing claw 4 that can fix a surface wall 21 near one side edge 23 of the mounted chip substrate 20; a rotation restricting piece 15 that can restrict a fixing position of the frame wall 13; and a cover blade 17 covering a power supply connection point 25 under its insulated state. There are provided total numbers of two COB holders 1 assembled into the mount base 4 to enable COB2 to be removed from, fixed to and attached to predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
