PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction execution control device with a reduced amount of hardware incorporated for performing sequence guarantee control among instructions in an information processing device including functionality of passing among the instructions.SOLUTION: An instruction execution control device includes: storage means for storing an instruction that is received from an instruction issue device and whose execution is pending; and execution means for executing instructions in an order other than the receiving order, and making execution pending, if a barrier instruction is received from the instruction issue device, of a second instruction received after a barrier instruction until execution of a first instruction stored in the storage means since before receiving the barrier instruction is started in a case where a combination of instruction categories of the first and second instructions is a given combination.
