To provide a particle structure of fish egg extract capable of obtaining effects of acceleration of cell regeneration, reinforcement of physiological function, improvement of skin condition, postponement of human aging.SOLUTION: The particle structure of the egg extract contains a spherical capsule 11, a film coated body 14, an accelerated cell regeneration, a reinforcement of a physiological function, an improvement of skin condition, a fish egg extract for postponing human aging 12. The film-coated body 14 covers the outside of the egg extract 12 and is held inside the spherical capsule 11. The outside of the spherical capsule 11 is further covered with a film layer 13. The egg extract 12 is an extract from the testes of salmon, and the extract has a function of improving cell activity. The spherical capsule 11 is alginate or other edible colloid.(FIG.
