PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the synthesis device of an F0 pattern by a statistical model for clarifying correspondence between linguistic information and an F0 pattern while holding accuracy.SOLUTION: A model learning device includes: a separation part for separating a time change pattern 136 of phrase components and a time change pattern 134 of accent components from an F0 pattern which fits an F0 pattern extracted from a voice data signal; and a model learning part for learning a first generation model 142 for phrase component generation and a second generation model 140 for accent component generation by respectively using the time change pattern 136 of phrase components and the time change pattern 134 of accent components obtained from a plurality of voice data as learning data.
