Provided are a storage bag that can substantially maintain the quality of the stored item in the storage bag, a container that stores the storage bag, and a composite film for forming the storage bag. A storage bag for storing an object to be stored, which is formed into a bag shape with a composite film having an inner film on a side in contact with the object to be stored and an outer film on a side not in contact with the object to be stored. The amount of C10-C28 alkanes eluted when converted to toluene when the inner film with a contact area of 45000 mm2 in contact with dimethyl carbonate is contacted with 13 mL of dimethyl carbonate. The above-mentioned problems are solved by constituting the film with 200 ppm or less.
