PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush cutting head of a cord type bush cutter, capable of more improving the durability and the operability, decreasing the number of parts, and reusing the parts.SOLUTION: A bush cutting head of a cord type bush cutter is adapted to cut bush by rotating a flexible cord at high speed. The bush cutting head includes: a striking member 10 abutted on the ground; and an operating member 20 for controlling a length of the cord. A bearing 30 is interposed between the striking member 10 and the operating member 20. The striking member 10 and the operating member 20 are provided with a plurality of locking claws 13a, 23a for locking the bearing 30.
