Amino acid derivative fluorescent polymer and fluorescent probe using the same

摘要

To provide a fluorescent probe with pathological cell specificity aiming to distinguish between normal cells and diseased cells such as cancer by fluorescence imaging. A polymer having an affinity for water or an affinity for water which changes as a monomer constituting the polymer and which contains an amino acid derivative monomer and a fluorescent substance is bonded is used.
