PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for dishing up minced meat on a tray, capable of quickly performing weight change of the minced meat dished up on a tray and switching, and thereby improving production efficiency.;SOLUTION: In a device for dishing up minced meat on a tray, the minced meat extruded from a chopper is cut by a cutter by a predetermined length and dished up on a tray. A guide I restricting a width direction of the minced meat, a guide II restricting a width direction of a tray 7 fed out by a tray conveyor, and a guide III restricting a width direction of stacked trays mounted on tray supply means 9 are each composed of a pair of guide members facing each other while having a space B which is adjustable in the width direction. In relation to setting a weight dished up on the tray by means of an extrusion amount from the chopper, travel speed of a minced meat conveyor, and cutting length of the minced meat, the space B is automatically adjusted to dimensions of spaces B1, B2, and B3 which are predetermined in response to a width dimension of a tray selected in accordance with the weight dished up on the tray.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
