The present utility model relates to a composition of vegan pretzel sticks which will find application in the food industry, in particular in the confectionery industry. The created composition of vegan pretzel sticks includes flour, fat, salt, and swelling agent. According to the utility model the flour used is wheat flour from cereal grains or lentil flour, the fat used is a vegetable fat. The composition also includes flour from spelt or chickpea, yeast or leaven, malt extract, spices, sweeteners and water. The components of the composition are in the following percentages: wheat flour from cereal grains or lentil from 60 to 95%, flour from spelt or chickpea from 0,5 to 10%, yeast or leaven from 0,5 to 10%, vegetable fat from 2 to 15% malt extract from 0,01 to 2%, salt from 0,01 to 2%, swelling agent from 0,01 to 2%, spices from 0,01 to 10%, sweeteners from 0,01 to 10% and water from 1 to 12%. 9 claims
