"aircraft collision avoidance method, and drone provided with a system for implementing the said method" method which enables an air drone not having a system to avoid an intruder aircraft, the method comprising the steps of: - acquiring the aircraft position intruder to determine the distance between the air drone and the intruder aircraft; - measure the angular velocity of the intruder aircraft (10) in a horizontal plane; and - determine if the intruder aircraft is equipped with a tcas system and, if so, receive a resolution warning transmitted by the intruder aircraft tcas and determine an anti-collision course.
