The clamping device of flat material samples (1) for the use in dynamic tensile tests at the pendulum impact machine (2), which is based on a pair opposing mechanisms: the fixed clamping mechanism (31) and the movable clamping mechanism (32) located at the bottom dead centre of the movement of the head (21) of the pendulum impact machine (2). The head (21) is, on the front end opposing its attachment to the pendulum (22) provided with the cut-out (23), whose width is greater than the width of the fixed clamping mechanism (31), where the fixed clamping mechanism (31) is set in the test position by the positioning element (4) and connected to the measuring and evaluating block. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the fixed clamping mechanism (31) as well as the movable clamping mechanism (32) are, with their lower bases, detachably attached to the supporting segments (8) which are provided, on the bottom side, with semi-open longitudinally shaped passage guide cavities (81), in which there are placed the linear ducts (9), while the supporting segments (8) are, by means of the linear ducts, (9) slidably mounted on the longitudinally-shaped guide rail (11) located on the base (6) parallel to the direction of the movement of the head (22) of the pendulum impact machine (2).
