A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 100 mass parts of a hydrogenated block copolymer (a) 3 50 mass parts of a polypropylene resin (b) 5 100 mass parts of a polyphenylene ether resin (c) and 50 200 mass parts of a non aromatic softening agent (d) wherein the hydrogenated block copolymer (a) is obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer containing at least one polymer block (A) in which the main constituent is a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon compound monomer unit and at least one polymer block (B) in which the main constituent is a conjugated diene compound monomer unit and wherein the weight average molecular mass of the hydrogenated block copolymer (a) is 100 000 350 000.
