Abstract of Invention The new Invention of Solar Photovoltaic based Water heating system, with sun tracker for solar panel, Multi point Energy Management System, band heaters and remote control for temperature setting ushers a new era in Solar based water heaters. It is a mega leap of technology and low cost product revolution in Solar energy based system for water heating. In this Invention custom designed enhanced high voltage sor Photovoltaic panels with precise Traction spring based sun tracking system are used to generate maximum power from solar radiation. This power is regulated and efficiently used along with necessary control circuitry to the array of special band heaters. Traction spring mechanism works on newly invented gear matching mechanism and keep loading torsion spring till sufficient solar radiation is present in the panel. Once solar radiation level comes down to near zero, torsion spring automatically unwinds and bring the solar panel to morning sun raise position and thereby set the panel ready for next day In case of heating by coil the water is directly heated up, where as in case of band heaters, the heaters will heat up internal shell of the boiler which in turn heats the water. By doing this type of indirect heating the scaling problem is minimised. This will give sustained heat transfer efficiency in the long run and raises the efficiency of the product. The band heater as per this additional invention is a easy way to heat up the water tank in a sustained way. Since the heat flow is towards the internal shell and external flow of heat is obstructed by thermal insulators, the heat loss is avoided. The band heaters newer comes in contact with water, hence the life of the band heaters are high. The band heaters are never exposed to voltage fluctuations as we are feeding highly regulated current to the coil. So the electrical failure of the heaters is totally eliminated and life span is prolonged. With the abundant storage capacity of solar energy in the form of heat and less system loss associated with the entire system and precise control of charging power by using sun seeking system and multipoint Energy Management system with the storage area in the proximity of utilization the entire invention offers a lowest system loss at a very high efficiency. . The thermal insulation bands of fiber glass wool /rock wool/ceramic wool prevents any loss of temperature and there by enhances the usage of the products beyond conventional heat storage period. This will provide convenience to the user and plugs the loss of energy in the form of heat. This additional invention opens up new possibilities for energy as well as water resources conservation for the decades to come, conventional direct water heating system may loss up to 10 years or so, that too with lot of maintenance of associated plumbing line cost. Where as the life of the Photovoltaic panel is 25 years. So this invention gives a product with a sustainable product for a longer duration. In this method lot of problems associated with installation of the solar water heaters is eliminated. Ar easy and sustainable system is user friendly. If we use C&15 based enhanced voltage Solar photovoltaic panel even at diffused light of monsoon we will be generating additional power to heat up the water.
