The objective of our Novel innovation is to make safe our Soldiers during high cold temperature duty period stand & walking time on snow . It provides Weather proof Temperature in inner side of Shoes which has no effect of weather whether it is heavy cold or heavy hot. It remains Constant as per body temperature. Upper material of shoes can be used as per the need or requirement of area or Comfort. This inner sole can be fit in any shoes or it is flexible to move from one shoe to another . The Inner sole we have developed as per whether conduct by mixing of following compound like The inner Shoe (inside frame) can be used in leather shoes or sport shoes. Shoe manufacturer or Shoe user use this inner shoes and then upper shoes can wear easily. Our Inner shoe has nature of Poly Properties which has strenght Resistance temperature and remain constant at body temperature. The Basic of weather proof shoes is the inner shoe frame . Now we do some chemical coating which makes it Weather proof shoe and provide strength for high cold resistance . Chemical which we are using thats been Fiber Chopper Stranmat, ISO Thliek Jlkot, ISO Thaliek Polyester Resin , General Pupose Jalkot,, Unsaturated Polyester Resin , Resin Pigment, Catelyst (Mekt), Accelator (Cobbalt ) , Pibya , Thinner , Acrylic Lacquer , EPS , Rubbing Polish and Wax polish . These chemical compounds used for inside and outside coating by Impregnation of polymer resin process which gives more strength for mixing of polymer properties with each other. We can create many shapes and flexible density as per our convenience or Temperature area.
