The present invention provides an intelligent temperature-controlled notebook radiator, which comprises a housing and a cooling fan installed in the housing. The housing is arranged at an oblique angle, the upper end surface of the housing is a notebook support surface inclined rearwardly and downwardly, each corner of the lower end surface of the housing is provided with a downwardly extending support leg, and the four support legs form a duct which is located below the housing and connected with the outside and the outlet.
