The present invention is comprised of the design and construction of a device for sampling water and measuring physical-chemical parameters in underwater springs. It is integrated by a sampling probe, composed of a filter of water and a hose; an extraction pump and a support, consisting of a buoy; two bells holding the pump, a tube section, a lead ballast and a 'T' shot, with hose couplers; a source of energy supply (battery), and a cell for sampling and measurement of physic-chemical parameters. The present invention is distinguished by taking samples of water within the underwater spring, which makes them more representative. It also endures taking the sample and the measurement of the physical-chemical parameters of the water simultaneously.
