The present Invention relates to a water-soluble Compound Vegetable protein in wt% formed by: (a) to 96.00% Protein of germinated Rice, b) to 19.36% of Pea Protein, c) to 8.91% Spirulina Powder Active and (d) 0.9% of quinoa Sprouts Powder.Said Compound is obtained by processes that maintain its Enzymatic activity and Biological value of 100%, being useful in the Prevention of chronic diseases, slowing Aging and loss of body fat
