THIS INVENTION DESCRIBES A METHOD OF PRODUCING PORTO WINE TEA, TRAVELING TO POLYMERIC PARTICLES OF DIAMETER LESS THAN 3 MM. THE METHOD OF PRODUCTION HAS VARIOUS STAGES. INITIALLY, THE PRODUCTION OF THE PARTICLES IS MADE BY THE METHOD OF EXTRUSION / EXTERNAL GELIFICATION AND UNDERSTANDS THE FORMATION OF AQUOSA ALGINATO SOLUTION WITH THE PORT WINE FOLLOWED BY EXTRUSION AND POLYMER GELIFICATION BY RETICULATION WITH THE CALCIUM IONS. FOLLOWING THE ISOLATION AND DRYING PHASE. THE GELIFIED PARTICLES ARE ISOLATED THROUGH FILTRATION AND DROUGHT BY LYOPHILIZATION. Subsequently, a process of MACERATION WITH THE WINE OF THE PORT IS FOLLOWED. FINALLY, THE POLYMERIC PARTICLES CONTAINING THE WINE OF THE HARBOR ARE CONDITIONED IN SQUETAS.
