A method of construction of a building basic structure of low energy/passive building based on a supporting metal structure, wherein the space between inner and outer peripheral polystyrene-concrete structures with incorporated elements of the supporting metal structure is filed by a central polystyrene- concrete structure (5) made of cast polystyrene-concrete, is further based on the fact that the inner and the outer peripheral polystyrene-concrete structures (2, 3) made of plates, sheets or boards are bonded with polyurethane foam (4) to the elements (1) of the supporting metal structure, wherein the inner peripheral polystyrene-concrete structures (2) are bonded each other with polyurethane foam (4) and also the outer peripheral polystyrene- concrete structure (3) are bonded each other with polyurethane foam (4).
